MY TOP 10 PFS IN THE NBA

Disclaimer: As the title says it is my top 10 list. Any player or team ranking would always be a debate and disagreement, i'm proudly open to. Ranking is mostly based off last season. As for positions I let ESPN.com decide that.

10. JAREN JACKSON JR.

A good versatile defender just needs to stay out of foul trouble, great shooter for his position, and potential to be a good rebounder as well in Jaren Jackson Jr. The perfect big man to pair next to a player like Ja Morant, the potential for Jaren is high as long as he can be healthy.

9. TOBIAS HARRIS

Tobias Harris is not talked about much but he is consistently around a  20ppg guy throughout the regular season. That is just the regular season. Could be higher one day if he was better in the postseason when it really mattered. We have yet to see.

8. JOHN COLLINS III
One of the more underrated PFs in the league in my opinion is John Collins. Everyone knows him as a great lob threat but he is so much more. One of the best rebounders for his position and continues to improve his offensive game spacing the floor at an efficient rate as well as being an above average defender.

7. DRAYMOND GREEN

Another one of the more underrated and misunderstood players amongst the casual fanbase, Draymond Green. Still one of the best and most versatile defenders in the league while being a great playmaker and passer as a power forward with one of the highest IQs as well. Excited to hopefully see the Curry-Klay-Dray trio back this upcoming season.

6. DAMONTIS SABONIS
One of the best back to basket post bigs in the game, Damontis Sabonis. Elite rebounder as well and good passer out of the post. Still just 25 im excited to see what's in store for the rest of his career.

5. ZION WILLIAMSON

One of the best in game dunkers currently in the league in Zion. Obviously one of  the most dominant scorers in the paint if he rounds out the rest of his game he can be much much higher on this list.

4. JULIUS RANDLE
One of the biggest breakouts of last season being awarded with a max extension with the Knicks, Julius Randle. Despite his first playoff appearance not going so well in the regular season he was still one of the best offensive and defensive guys in the league.

3. ANTHONY DAVIS

AD quickly became one of the more disrespected players this past season being injury riddled again. This upcoming season he should have a good bounce back season finally having a full offseason under his belt. AD to me has the potential to be a heavy favorite for MVP and DPOY if he wants to.

2. GIANNIS ANTETEKOUNMPO

I really wanted to put Giannis at 1 just for proving his doubters wrong this past season with a Finals MVP. I too doubted if Giannis' game could translate enough in the half court setting of the heated playoffs, but it did. He's a champ and you can not take that away from him. And I am sure he wants another run at it again with "everyone healthy".

1. KEVIN DURANT

And at 1 of course is KD. Single handily almost beating the eventual champion Bucks by himself  taking them to a down to the wire game 7. Back in 2019 when KD ruptured his Achilles I had doubts if he could be back to himself again. Yes he never relied on athleticism much but he is a 7 footer. That is, a 7 footer who can pretty much do everything at an historically efficient rate.
