BEST FREE AGENT DESTINATIONS FOR JOHN WALL

Five-time NBA All-Star John Wall will secure a buyout with the Houston Rockets and become an unrestricted free agent, league sources tell @YahooSports.

Reported firstly by Chris Haynes, John Wall will now be joining the free agency class of 2022. Wall can obviously still be a very serviceable point guard and in the right position I think he can actually flourish. I am excited to see where he goes, as he could essentially fit on any team wanting to contend.

1. LA CLIPPERS

Not only has the Clippers been his top preferred team, but I really see him in a clippers jersey and fitting within their system and culture. Wall also is a better playmaker than Reggie Jackson, so that could be where he really flourishes. Obviously playing with Paul George and Kawhi Leonard takes a lot of pressure off of Wall on the offensive end and he could more be a facilitator with some solid defense as well.

2. WASHINGTON WIZARDS

Especially with their current point guard vacancy, I could really see John Wall return to the Wizards. A Wall Beal duo would be nice especially next to some quality role players. Despite Washington drafting Johnny Davis I see him more as a two guard obviously. But going back to where his last all star appearance took place, in 2018, would be a nice story to see and I think he would be a good point guard for them.

3. MIAMI HEAT

Miami is always in the rumor for any big name player, now that I think about it. But I could see Wall getting into even better shape in Miami and him and Lowry would be fighting for that starters spot possibly. But, we've seen Miamis offense go cold often at times especially in the playoffs and John Wall could be that aggressive scorer and facilitator the Heat need.
